One of the highlights was the creation of the long-awaited PPA Membership Policy. The policy aims to establish clear guidelines for the formal relationship between the association and its partners, organizations that participate in PPA events but do not contribute financially, and its members, organizations that not only participate in events but also contribute financially and have a voice in PPA decision-making processes. This measure seeks to strengthen engagement with different stakeholders in the region and
promote more effective collaboration.
In addition, the quarter marked the first meeting of the PPA Deliberative Council. On June 13, all council members met to deliberate on strategic matters. During the meeting, the PPA business plan for the period 2024-2029 was approved, outlining the main objectives and goals for the future. In addition, the Council analyzed and approved with reservations the Membership Policy, which includes the creation of a certification to attest to the suitability of future PPA members.
