WORKING GROUPS (WG)

What are Working Groups? ● Working Groups (WGs) are spaces for articulation, collaboration, and collective construction created by the Territorial Forum to transform action plans into concrete initiatives for the territory. ● WGs exist to: ○ Connect people, organizations, and municipalities ○ Share experiences and solutions ○ Strengthen partnerships and opportunities ○ Monitor the implementation of action plans ○ Build collective agendas for territorial development WGs are not spaces for the execution of the PPA (Plano Plurianual – Multi-Year Plan). They are spaces for mobilization and cooperation within the territory.

How will each Working Group (GT) function? 2. Territorial Action between Projects and Engagement Main and Alternate Members ● Act as focal points of the GT ● Support the mobilization of participants ● Contribute to defining the agendas ● Monitor the progress between meetings They do not have a hierarchical function. Their role is to strengthen the group's articulation. GT Participants ● Share experiences and knowledge ● Propose actions and partnerships ● Contribute to the implementation of the decisions ● Identify opportunities and challenges ● Propose actions and partnerships ● Contribute to the implementation of the decisions

PPA TERRITORIAL CONSULTANT ● Convene and mobilize participants ● Organize meetings ● Facilitate dialogue processes ● Produce reports and records ● Monitor follow-up actions ● Support coordination between Working Groups ● Identify partnership and investment opportunities ● Keep the agenda built by the territory alive. It will be the permanent reference for monitoring the Working Groups, supporting the organization, mobilization, and systematization of their work. Lidiane Galvão.
